Welcome to Digital Gods.
This User Agreement explains the basic terms for using our websites, online services, Discord applications, community features, and digital experiences related to The Dark World: Edge of Eternity and other Digital Gods projects.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Digital Gods
Digital Gods is an independent game development and creative studio. Our services may include websites, community platforms, Discord applications, game-related tools, media content, development updates, lore pages, soundtrack pages, and promotional materials.
2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services in a lawful, respectful, and responsible way.
You may not use our services to:
• harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
• upload or share illegal, hateful, harmful, or malicious content
• attempt to exploit, hack, disrupt, or damage our services
• impersonate Digital Gods, our team members, or other users

• violate the rules of Discord, Steam, or any other third-party platform connected to our services
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or remove access to our services if these terms are violated.
3. Discord Applications and Community Features
Our Discord applications may be used to support community interaction, game updates, event announcements, lore features, soundtrack news, and other related functions.
By using our Discord application, you also agree to follow Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Our Discord application may process basic Discord-related information needed for functionality, such as user IDs, server IDs, usernames, roles, commands, or interaction data. This information is used only to provide the intended features of the application.
4. Game and Project Content
All names, logos, artwork, characters, lore, music, written content, designs, and other materials related to The Dark World: Edge of Eternity, Book of Blood, Digital Gods, and our other projects are owned by Digital Gods or their respective rights holders.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or claim ownership of our content without written permission.
Fan content, community discussion, screenshots, videos, and sharing of publicly released promotional material are allowed as long as they are respectful, non-commercial, and do not misrepresent Digital Gods or our projects.
5. User Content
If you submit, post, or share content through our services or community spaces, you remain responsible for that content.
By sharing content with us or in our communities, you grant Digital Gods permission to display, reference, moderate, or remove that content where necessary for community management, promotion, safety, or service functionality.
You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
6. No Guarantee of Availability
Our services may change, be updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
We do our best to keep our services available and functional, but we do not guarantee that they will always be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may connect to or reference third-party platforms such as Discord, Steam, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Crowdfundr, or other external services.
Digital Gods is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, policies, content, or technical issues. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Payments, Donations, and Crowdfunding
If we offer paid products, donations, crowdfunding campaigns, digital rewards, or supporter benefits, the specific rules and conditions will be explained on the relevant platform or campaign page.
Payments, refunds, delivery timelines, and platform fees may be subject to the terms of the third-party payment or crowdfunding provider.

Digital Gods does not guarantee that our services will meet every expectation, remain permanently available, or be free from bugs, errors, interruptions, or security issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Gods is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
