WELCOME TO PANONIA

Panonia is a modern land built over an ancient history.
Roads still connect towns. Cars still move through abandoned highways. Radios, firearms and military checkpoints remain part of everyday survival.

But beyond the walls, old territories are waking again.

To the west lie forests claimed by the Lykar. To the north, Dravenn bloodlines return beneath frozen skies. The Veyra remain hidden behind ritual, secrecy and places ordinary maps do not record.

At the center stands Marsonia, a fortified human city surrounded by twenty-meter walls and the uneasy belief that civilization can still keep the darkness outside.

HUMANS

Survivors, Guardians, hunters, researchers and civilians trying to preserve a modern world while institutions hide how much of its history was built on supernatural conflict.

DRAVENN

Ancient vampire bloodlines divided by loyalty, politics and inheritance. Their origin reaches back to Jure Grando, the first vampire, but centuries of blood have produced factions that no longer agree on what their kind should become.

LYKAR

Werewolves whose culture is shaped by pack loyalty, rebellion and a history buried beneath generations of violence. The full truth of their origin remains disputed.

VEYRA

A hidden witch tradition tied to healing, ritual, lunar knowledge, forbidden relics and historical events that repeatedly intersect with the oldest mysteries of Panonia.

THE GREAT PURGE

In 2002, Panonia was torn apart by a conflict later remembered as The Great Purge.

Entire bloodlines disappeared. Settlements were destroyed. Records were burned, rewritten or sealed.

Twenty-four years later, its consequences remain everywhere.

The official history explains how the war ended.

It does not explain everything that happened during it.

MARSONIA

Behind massive concrete walls, Marsonia remains one of humanity’s most important strongholds.

Guardians patrol the gates. Traders work beneath warning sirens. Researchers study things ordinary civilians are never meant to see.

It is safer than the wilderness.

That does not make it safe.

An ancient Veyra healer and author of the Book of Blood.

The first vampire, and the beginning of a bloodline whose consequences still shape Panonia.

Lilith

A figure remembered differently across centuries. Woman, demon, curse, mother. The records rarely agree on what she was. They agree far more often on what happened after she appeared.

HISTORY DOES NOT REMEMBER CLEANLY

The truth of The Dark World is not contained in a single archive.

OBC records contradict Veyra testimony. Folklore preserves details official history erased. The Book of Blood records events through Morgana’s eyes, but even its author did not understand everything she witnessed.

Some legends are true.

Some are wrong.

And some were created because the truth was worse.

THE BOOK OF BLOOD

Written by Morgana, the Book of Blood is an in-universe historical record containing fragments of origins, bloodlines, rituals and events later erased from public history.

It is not an omniscient source.

It is a confession written by someone who survived long enough to know how unreliable memory, institutions and history can become.
